Gemplexity provides crystal healing sessions, energy alignment services, space cleansing, crystal grid installations, and educational classes. All services are provided for wellness and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Bookings & Appointments

Sessions must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Purchases

All product sales are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Gemplexity is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Limitation of Liability

Gemplexity and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

Your satisfaction matters to us. Here's everything you need to know about our refund and exchange policy.

Damaged Products — 30-Day Refund or Exchange

If you receive a physical product that arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a claim, please contact us at Gemplexity@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days with instructions for your refund or exchange.

Non-Damaged Products

Because our crystals, orgonite pieces, and handcrafted items are energetically unique and made to order, we are unable to accept returns on undamaged products. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Sessions & Services

Completed sessions are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
